Privacy enquiries and PDPA requests
Use privacy@intelligrid.asia for privacy questions, personal data enquiries, PDPA-related requests, and requests for access to or correction of personal data.
Where IntelliGrid processes data on behalf of a building owner or facilities operator, that organisation is the data controller for its operational records. We will direct your request appropriately and support the controller in responding.
This page summarises our approach. The applicable privacy notice and data processing terms for a specific deployment are provided contractually.
Scope
Personal data in facilities operations
Operational personnel
Technician and supervisor identity is recorded against work, attendance and approvals for operational accountability.
Occupants and tenants
Requester contact details are held so service requests can be progressed and status communicated.
Contractors
Individual identity, competency and access events are recorded for safety and audit purposes.
Access events
Door entry records identify who entered which space and when, retained under the building owner’s retention policy.
Video and analytics
Where CCTV or analytics is integrated, handling follows the building owner’s lawful basis, notice and retention policy.
Data residency
Hosting region is established per deployment where regulatory or contractual requirements apply.
