Platform overview
One Intelligent Platform for the Entire Facility Lifecycle
IntelliGrid brings facility operations, assets, people, service delivery, IoT, AI and sustainability information into one operating environment — so the data that detects a problem is the same data that dispatches the work and reports the outcome.
The business problem
Facilities management runs across too many disconnected systems
Most portfolios operate a building management system that raises alarms nobody records, a work-order tool that holds no asset context, spreadsheets for the asset register, separate contractor portals, phone calls and WhatsApp messages that never become tickets, sustainability data assembled once a year by hand, and access systems that no one reconciles against maintenance work.
The IntelliGrid approach
One data model, one workflow engine, one record of accountability
IntelliGrid maps every signal to a shared asset, location and service model. AI works on that context to rank what matters, the workflow engine turns decisions into assigned work with SLA clocks, and every action is written to a tamper-evident audit trail that also feeds management and ESG reporting.

Modules
Everything needed to operate a building, in one platform
Modules share the same asset register, permissions and audit trail. Start with the operational core and add capability without a second system.
Dashboard & Analytics
Operational and executive views across building, portfolio, asset, service and contractor dimensions.
Facility Operations — Live
Real-time faults, alarms, system status and IoT telemetry in one prioritised queue.
Facility Operations — Predictive
Degradation detection, risk scoring and recommended action before service is interrupted.
Work Order Management
Full lifecycle from request through approval, dispatch, execution, acceptance and closure.
Asset Management
Central register with condition, criticality, maintenance history and replacement planning.
Document Centre
Manuals, drawings, certificates and service reports linked to the assets they belong to.
Contact Centre
Phone, WhatsApp, email, app and web requests classified into one service queue.
Technician App
Mobile job execution with QR asset scanning, checklists, evidence and sign-off.
Duty Rosters
Shift planning by skill, zone and site, with leave and emergency coverage.
SLA Management
Response, attendance and rectification targets with automatic timers and escalation.
Access Control
Time-bound door permissions issued against approved work orders.
Audit Trail
Tamper-evident record of every action, approval and status change.

Frequently asked
Is IntelliGrid a CAFM or an IWMS?
It covers the operational scope of both, and adds connected building data, embedded AI and integrated service delivery. Where a CAFM records work and an IWMS records space and portfolio data, IntelliGrid also ingests live building system and IoT signals and acts on them automatically.
Can it work alongside our existing BMS?
Yes. IntelliGrid is designed as an operational layer above building systems rather than a replacement for them. Specific protocol and gateway support is confirmed per deployment.
Can one platform cover multiple sites?
Yes. Portfolio, region, site, building, floor and asset form a single hierarchy, so the same records support local operations and central benchmarking.
